The integration of self-employed workers into the Maranhão labor market still faces barriers related to informality and the lack of structured mechanisms for professional recognition. With the aim of proposing a technological solution that facilitates the connection between independent service providers and employers, the digital platform Infinity TrabalheJá was developed in the city of São Luís – MA. The research has an applied character and used the Case Study method and a qualitative-quantitative approach, involving 16 interviews with local workers and employers. The system development was conducted with the support of the Scrum agile methodology, including modeling through UML diagrams and implementation with TypeScript on the front-end, Spring Boot on the back-end, and MySQL as the database. The results demonstrate the technical viability of the solution, showing a secure, functional architecture capable of offering adequate authentication and registration routes. In conclusion, Infinity TrabalheJá contributes to the appreciation and organization of freelance work, promoting digital inclusion and aligning itself with contemporary platform trends by providing an efficient means of connecting services and opportunities in a structured way.
