This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different doses of gibberellic acid (GA₃) on the germination and vigor of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) seeds. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in the municipality of Cacoal – RO, with five treatments (0, 50, 200, 350, and 500 mg·L⁻¹ of GA₃) and four replicates of 20 seeds each. The following variables were evaluated: germination percentage (PG), germination speed index (IVG), mean germination time (TMG), root volume (VR), primary root length (CRP), shoot length (CPA), and seedling dry mass (MSP). The results showed that the intermediate dose of GA₃ (200 mg·L⁻¹) provided better germination performance and greater seedling vigor. An average increase of 63.5% in germination and a reduction of 65.33% in the average germination time were observed compared to the control.
