Endometriosis is a chronic and multifactorial gynecological condition that significantly affects women's physical, emotional, and social health. Through an integrative literature review, this study analyzes the contributions of nursing to the comprehensive care of women with endometriosis. The findings reveal that nursing plays a crucial role in patient reception, qualified listening, health education, and early recognition of clinical signs. However, challenges remain, including the absence of standardized protocols, insufficient professional training, and the undertreatment of pain. The study highlights the need for continuous training, strengthened humanized practices, and institutionalized strategies that promote self-care, emotional support, and longitudinal follow-up. It concludes that valuing nursing and adopting structured care guidelines are essential to ensuring comprehensive and equitable care for women with endometriosis.
