Health care for incarcerated pregnant women is a growing challenge, considering the specificities of the prison system and the multiple vulnerabilities faced by these women. Objective: To analyze, through an integrative review, how nursing has been involved in prenatal care for women deprived of liberty. methodology: This is a bibliographic research based on articles published between 2014 and 2024, selected from the SciELO, BVS, LILACS, and PUBMED, using descriptors related to nursing, prison health, pregnancy, and the rights of incarcerated women. Results: The findings were organized into thematic categories that highlight the main challenges, practices, and impacts of nursing care in this context. Conclusion: Nursing plays a crucial role in ensuring the right to health for these women, promoting equity and the humanization of maternal care within the prison system.
