: This study aimed to investigate the role of aesthetic biomedicine in women's well-being through a literature review. The methodology employed was a narrative review with a qualitative and descriptive approach, selecting scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, in Portuguese and English, that addressed the topic. Descriptors such as "Health Promotion," "Aesthetics," "Biomedicine," "Comprehensive Health Care," and "Women's Health" were used. The results indicated that aesthetic procedures positively influence women's self-esteem, body image, and personal satisfaction, with the majority of study participants experiencing improved self-esteem and satisfaction with their appearance after aesthetic interventions. It is concluded that aesthetic biomedicine significantly contributes to women's psychological and emotional well-being, reinforcing the importance of this approach.
