Subdural empyema is a serious infectious condition of the central nervous system, frequently associated with otorhinolaryngological infections. Traditionally, treatment involves surgical intervention combined with antibiotic therapy. However, in some selected cases, conservative management may be a viable alternative. This study aims to analyze the conservative approach to subdural empyema in a patient with a history of otitis media, discussing the clinical, radiological, and laboratory criteria. The study will aim to present a clinical case, highlighting the clinical outcomes and the effectiveness of the treatment.
