The academic literature shows that the migration to remote assistance channels and remote channels for analyzing the administrative process for granting benefits from the National Social Security Institute has had the side effect of silently excluding countless Brazilians from the social security system. The aim of this article is to propose a social security inclusion project that combines the dissemination of knowledge about social security legislation, spontaneous and face-to-face help to the underprivileged and digitally illiterate in the rapid assistance services, and free legal representation through the legal practice centers of partner universities. The method chosen to achieve this was descriptive research with a qualitative approach to secondary data from a bibliographic and documentary study carried out on public and private databases, reports, academic production and case law of the higher courts. In addition, the proposal disseminated in this article is available to the community and its possible implementation will serve as a hypothesis for future scientific research to assess its degree of effectiveness.
