This article aimed to analyze the challenges and strategies in materials management at regional airports, focusing on Tefé Airport (AM), operated by VINCI Airports since 2022. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach, using data collected through questionnaires applied to employees, semi-structured interviews with managers, and documentary analysis of Concession Contract No. 001/ANAC/2021. The results reveal weaknesses in logistics process standardization, infrastructure limitations, and challenges in implementing technological tools for input control. Furthermore, there is a lack of continuous training and standardization in operational flows, which affects the efficiency of the services provided. Based on a critical analysis, it is concluded that strengthening materials management requires not only technical training and local governance but also structural investments under the Immediate Action Plan (PAC) of the contract. Tefé Airport, recognized by the federal government as a regional intermediary city, plays a strategic role in regional development, highlighting the need for innovative and sustainable logistics practices.
