The simple bone cyst (SBC) is a benign, non-epithelial intraosseous lesion, often asymptomatic and incidentally discovered. This systematic review aimed to analyze case reports of SBCs located exclusively in the anterior region of the mandible. Seven articles published between 2015 and 2025 were included, totaling nine cases. Most patients were young and asymptomatic. The lesions were radiolucent, unilocular, and well defined. Diagnosis was confirmed through surgical exploration and histopathological analysis. Treatment in all cases consisted of cavity curettage, with favorable outcomes and no recurrences. SBC should be considered in the differential diagnosis of radiolucent lesions in the anterior mandible.
