This study analyzes the implementation and monitoring of anti-corruption compliance policies at a national fuel distribution company, a sector characterized by high regulation and vulnerability to illicit practices. The research, which is qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory in nature, adopts a case study and documentary analysis methodology to examine how the company has structured its Integrity Program, focusing on the prevention of legal, ethical, and reputational risks. Five key policies are addressed: Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Conflict of Interests, Whistleblowing, and Human Rights. The results indicate that the success of corporate compliance is linked to the engagement of senior management, the use of control technologies, and the dissemination of an institutional ethical culture. The research also identifies the main challenges faced, such as internal resistance, resource limitations, and the constant need for regulatory updates. It is concluded that the integrated adoption of these policies strengthens corporate governance and contributes to the business's sustainability in the fuel sector.
