The present article addresses Quality Management by analyzing the importance and potential limitations of using the MASP (Problem-Solving Analysis Method) in an Automotive Textile industry. It studies how the company applies this tool to manage nonconformities with suppliers. Throughout the study, it was observed that the lack of supplier certification, the absence of commitment, and the limited technical knowledge of MASP are critical factors in resolving nonconformities, undermining the effectiveness of the method. By the end of the study, it becomes clear that MASP is important for promoting continuous improvement, reducing failures, and increasing the company's competitiveness, with a focus on investment in training, qualification, and strategic partnerships with suppliers. With this approach, it is possible to find a path toward achieving better results.
