This article aims to analyze the performance of corporate sustainability at Barry Callebaut. Corporate sustainability, as a management model, aims to integrate environmental, social and economic practices into the strategic planning of organizations. The Barry Callebaut case study highlights the Forever Chocolate initiative, launched in 2016, which aims to transform the cocoa and chocolate sector by 2025, promoting sustainable practices throughout the supply chain. The research was conducted based on secondary data, such as institutional reports and materials available on the company's website, in addition to an integrative review with theoretical basis in authors such as Elkington (1997), Porter and Kramer (2006) and Altieri (1999) among others. The results indicate that Barry Callebaut adopts sustainable practices that reflect a real commitment to the environment, society and the economy, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the sector. The analysis also reveals that the company acts strategically, creating shared value by integrating sustainability as a central part of its business.
