This study investigates the effects of the drought season on logistics costs and the pricing of food products in a microenterprise located in the Abial neighborhood, in the city of Tefé, in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. The research is applied in nature, with a qualitative approach and an exploratory-descriptive character, using a case study as the methodological framework. Procedures included bibliographic research, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and direct observation. The data analysis revealed how changes in the hydrological regime directly influence logistics operations and pricing behavior, affecting the company’s supply dynamics and financial management. The research also identifies strategies adopted by the microenterprise to mitigate the challenges faced during the drought period. The findings are aligned with the literature on logistics in hard-to-reach regions and highlight the need for public policies tailored to the specific characteristics of the Amazon. This study contributes to the understanding of the vulnerabilities faced by small entrepreneurs in the face of extreme climatic events and reinforces the importance of logistics planning in critical socio-environmental contexts.
