Abstract

The growing presence of artificial intelligence in various sectors is profoundly transforming the way we interact with information, make decisions, and conduct everyday activities. This article discusses responsibility in the use of AI, particularly regarding the accuracy, transparency, and impact of automated decisions. Given the scope and consequences that these technologies can generate, it is essential to reflect on ethical and legal guidelines that ensure a balance between technological innovation and the protection of citizens' rights, promoting a more conscious, safe, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in society.
