This study addresses the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 on international dynamics, focusing on the economic sanctions imposed on Russia and their consequences. The war has triggered a severe humanitarian crisis, resulting in millions of refugees and thousands of deaths. In response, countries, especially those from NATO and the European Union, have adopted sanctions that have affected sectors such as energy, finance, and trade, aiming to pressure Vladimir Putin's government. At the same time, the international community has provided support to Ukraine through humanitarian assistance and the supply of weapons. The context reveals the complexity of diplomatic relations, the global economy, and the protection of human rights, highlighting the importance of sanctions and international solidarity in times of war. solidarity in times.
