The Russo-Ukrainian war is one of the biggest wars since the end of the Cold War in 1991. The war has created social, economic and diplomatic disruption on the European continent and around the world, interfering with the education, economy, health and well-being of the whole of Ukrainian and global society. The aim of this research is to analyze war on the basis of human rights, to understand the emergence and development of war and how international human rights conventions have responded to war. The research's methodology is explanatory, bibliographical and deductive, and it was possible to conclude that the international community was unsuccessful in putting an end to the Russian-Ukrainian war due to political, diplomatic and economic relations.
