Research has analyzed the psychological and psychological effects of bruxism, highlighting the relationship between emotional stress and the severity of the disorder. The relevance of personalized therapeutic strategies, which consider not only the disturbing aspects, but also the emotional balance of the affected individuals, is emphasized as essential for an effective approach to bruxism.
