This in-depth study aims to discuss the complexity of psychological violence, analyzing its various manifestations, impacts, and the legal difficulties encountered in identifying and punishing it. The study addresses the nuances of psychological violence, revealing its mechanisms and consequences in the lives of victims. In addition, the study examines current legislation and the challenges faced in enforcing the law in cases of psychological violence, considering the subjective nature of the evidence and the need for a multidisciplinary approach. Finally, the article presents proposals to improve the identification, prevention, and combating of psychological violence, with the aim of ensuring the protection of victims and promoting a more just and egalitarian society.
