EDUCATION AND ITS CHALLENGES IN THE FIELD

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to address the challenges of education in the field, through bibliographic research, if it has the objective of consolidating the importance of critical teachers, instruments capable of transforming their educational reality. The idea of ​​these articles is to demonstrate the distance between school and community, portraying the absence of continued training related to the qualification of the practice of teachers.
