This digital book, entitled “Approach to NGOs, Social Projects, Institutions, Foundations and Entities”, was prepared with the purpose of offering a broad, structured and accessible view of the Third Sector universe, highlighting its social relevance, its legal foundations and its contemporary challenges.
This book presents a comprehensive analysis of Civil Society Organizations, exploring the legal, institutional and managerial aspects that support their activities. Based on legal foundations, academic theories and management practices, the work proposes an updated look at the role of NGOs, associations, foundations and social projects in the Brazilian context.
The e-book is structured based on current legislation and updated theoretical references, the content offers academic and practical support to those who work or wish to deepen their knowledge of NGOs, foundations, associations and social projects. The main focus of this book is to contribute to the understanding of the role played by civil society organizations in Brazil, considering both their legal configuration and their practical actions in promoting the common good, defending rights and building a more just, participatory and supportive society.
Throughout the content presented, the essential aspects of the legal formation of these organizations are discussed, highlighting the particularities of associations and foundations, their forms of constitution, regulation and operation.
