THE SITUATION, HISTORICAL CONFLICTS AND PARANÁ'S SPECIAL OPERATIONS AS AN OPERATIONAL RESOURCE OF THE STATE IN A CONFLICT SCENARIO

Abstract

The content of this article aims to present a vision of the current turbulent political and social situation, especially in Brazil, motivated by a boiling ideological phenomenon. It contemplates possible causes and probable effects, revealing a cyclical logic of events from time to time with the potential to trigger conflicts of all kinds.   The presentation of the arguments through facts and events already recorded in history, highlight a relationship that has already occurred that is perfectly consistent with the current situation in the country, where we are reviving a dynamic already experienced by other countries and which resulted in different conflicts. Finally, as previously recorded, being part of conflict resolution, a common response adopted was the adoption of Intelligence Services, combined with unconventional fractions of Special Operations, aiming for an effective response due to its versatility and precision, reducing impacts and costs in combating hostile threats with the potential to destabilize the State.
