USING DESIGN THINKING TO IMPROVE RESULTS

Abstract

Design Thinking has improved results and performance in industries, companies and organizations. It is a tool that helps Designers and has several other services. The objective of this work is to analyze the advantages of Design Thinking and, based on these advantages, use the tools of Design Tkinking to improve the results of organizations, and observe whether this method improves the process, whether it is viable to implement it. The methodology was done through literary review, so with these bibliographies it was possible to put together a strategy to achieve the objective through the result and conclusion. The result was that Design Thinking has many advantages and improves a company's performance results. The conclusion is that as Design Thinking has been implemented by large companies and has worked, it is viable to implement it in any company that can afford it.
