This article analyzes the intersection of due process and accessibility in the Brazilian legal system, highlighting the importance of these principles for justice and democracy. To do so, it employs a qualitative approach methodology, focusing on a comprehensive review of specialized literature and a thorough documentary analysis. Furthermore, the study reveals that, despite being theoretically robust, due process and accessibility face challenges in practice, showcasing a gap between legislation and its implementation. The analysis suggests the need for structural, educational, and legislative reforms to address these issues. Investments in infrastructure, professional training, and legislative revisions are essential for a fairer legal system. Additionally, community participation and advocacy are emphasized as catalysts for change, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts to ensure the full realization of justice and equality in Brazil.
