Abstract

The theme of this work is the assumptions for the inspection of the National Driving License (CNH). The objective is to analyze related legislation, bringing to reflection the consequences of infractions and aspects of inspection by traffic authority agents, especially military police agents. Also noteworthy are the changes promoted by Law No. 14,071/2020, Law No. 14,440/2022 and Law No. 14,599/2023, as well as the changes that have occurred in the CNH over the years. The methodology applied sought information through theoretical research on the legislation that regulates the subject, based on a systemic interpretation of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB).

Professor da disciplina de Gestão Logística no Curso de Comando e Estado Maior da PMPR, Tenente-Coronel da Polícia Militar do Paraná, Graduado no Curso de Formação de Oficiais, em 1995, pela Academia Policial Militar do Guatupê-APMG, no Estado do Paraná. Graduado em Direito no ano de 2010, na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Especialista em Emergências Ambientais (PUC 2009) e Especialista em Policiamento Ambiental (pmdf 2012) pela Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal. 

Eduardo Augusto Andriola, PMPR

Professor da disciplina de Legislação de Trânsito no Curso de Formação de Soldados da PMPR, Capitão da Polícia Militar do Paraná, Graduado no Curso de Formação de Oficiais, em 2004, pela Academia Policial Militar do Guatupê-APMG, no Estado do Paraná. Graduado em Direito no ano de 2008, na Faculdade Campo Real, em Guarapuava-PR. Especialista em Trânsito Rodoviário pela Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo ano de 2022 e Especialista em Planejamento, Projetos e Portfólio pela PMPR.
