HOW TO REDUCE COSTS WITH THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IN AN INDUSTRY

Abstract

There are several ways to reduce production costs, but they have to be efficient and bring good results, production costs are a main concern in the industrial environment. The objective of this work is to develop ways to reduce costs in the production process in an industry, making it more sustainable and more competitive with prices. In this way, it is worth evaluating whether these methods are viable or not, and whether they really present a cost reduction for the industry. The methodology was a bibliographic review, with each step being elaborated for the development of this work so that it could have results and benefits that achieved the objective. The result was that all the ways studied are promising and actually reduce production costs in an industry. The conclusion is that HR in its contractions plays a fundamental role in these cost reductions, because with good professionals the chance of error is lower, thus driving production costs, and these ways are viable for reducing costs that must be sustainable.
