Abstract

Nowadays we live in a world and in a country where some individuals distort the meanings of words for their own benefit, and with the lack of supervision, professionals become afraid of assignments and other professionals begin to have unjustifiable super assignments. The objective of this work is to improve the understanding of meritocracy, to show that for Engineers, as well as Doctors, they should specialize and not be forced to enter graduation again. The methodology was through a literature review survey and using logic to determine some real situations and how to resolve them. The result was that the implementation of the solutions to the problems presented in this work made processes and professionals more efficient. The conclusion is that there is a mess that does not let Engineering professionals know their functions and society unemploys these professionals by creating positions so as not to hire these professionals.
