Abstract

Triplet pregnancy is a rare and high-risk condition characterized by the simultaneous development of three fetuses. It is frequently associated with several obstetric and neonatal complications. Among the possible obstetric complications, prematurity is the main one, followed by preeclampsia, anemia, and gestational diabetes. This study reports the clinical case of a parturient diagnosed with trichorionic triplet pregnancy, highlighting the clinical challenges, obstetric complications faced, and management strategies employed, with the aim of contributing to scientific knowledge about this rare and high-risk condition, as well as emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and multidisciplinary monitoring to optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes.
