This article aims to analyze the promotion of Quality of Life in the public service based on a case study in the Directorate of Engineering and Architecture (DEA) of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE). The study compares the perception of employees who participate and those who do not participate in the Occupational Gymnastics (GL) program, seeking to assess the importance of this practice in promoting quality of life at work. The emphasis is on the effectiveness of GL as a tool to improve employee well-being. The research adopted a qualitative-quantitative approach, using a questionnaire with open and closed questions to measure the perception of quality of life at work in both groups of employees: participants and non-participants in the program. The questions addressed aspects such as participation, interest, the importance of the program for occupational health and general well-being. The collected data were analyzed comparatively, in order to identify significant differences between the two groups. The results indicated that employees who participate in the workplace exercise program had a significantly better perception of the importance of GL on their quality of life at work and a greater sense of general well-being. Finally, it demonstrates that, although program participants have demonstrated clear advantages, the promotion of quality of life and well-being at work can be expanded with more employees joining the practice of workplace gymnastics, confirming it as an experience positive for the work environment.
