The article addresses the intersection between corporate governance, knowledge management and sustainability, highlighting their relevance for the creation of organizational value and innovative management practices. Corporate governance promotes transparency, ethics and strategic alignment among stakeholders, while knowledge management organizes and systematizes knowledge, driving innovation and sustainability. The research emphasizes that environmental education contributes to conscious organizational practices, integrating social responsibility and environmental transformation. Based on qualitative methodologies and exploratory, the study explores the interdependence between categories such as sustainable entrepreneurship and interdisciplinarity, offering theoretical support for more efficient and ethical organizational management.
