This article highlighted the lack of preparation among healthcare professionals, especially nurses, to address the specificities of transmasculine pregnancy. Many trans men face difficulties in recognizing their social name, making reproductive choices, and managing the particularities of pregnancy, such as the interruption of hormone therapy and physical and emotional changes. Testosterone should be discontinued during pregnancy due to risks to the fetus, and the lack of clear information about reproductive health increases patients' insecurity. The research emphasizes the need for training healthcare professionals to provide welcoming and non-discriminatory care, considering the specificities of transmasculinity. Prenatal care must be individualized, non-judgmental, and promote an environment of trust and safety for trans men who choose to carry a pregnancy. The study concludes that qualified prenatal care is essential, focusing on physical and mental health, preventing gestational complications, and respecting the patient's autonomy regarding their body and reproductive choices. The role of the nurse is crucial to ensure humanized, evidence-based care, promoting safe and healthy parenting.
