COMPARISON BETWEEN TADALAFIL AND SILDENAFIL

Abstract

To compare Sildenafil and Tadalafil, two of the most commonly prescribed medications for erectile dysfunction or any other condition requiring vasodilation, the adequacy will be made in the aspects that address the benefits of each being an example of PDE5 inhibitors. The differences between the two medications regarding pharmacokinetic aspects, side effects, patient tolerance, and drug interactions are discussed. The clinical and therapeutic implications of each based on their indications, mechanisms of action, and varied effects in relation to different patient profiles are discussed in this article. This study will also provide complete information on the respective advantages and disadvantages of both medications based on current scientific evidence to further aid in rational drug selection (MuySalud, et al.,2023; Rezende,et al., 2021; Ortiz,et al., 2010; ElHady et al., 2023).
