With the increasing number of bank accounts, such as checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and expenses for leisure, family, etc., it is essential to develop tools for personal financial management, where control is provided by account and with a chart of accounts. The objective of this study was to create an application, called "FinUp", that allows users to configure a personalized chart of accounts to manage their finances in a simplified way. The case study was developed using the Flutter framework, and offers features such as user registration, automatic login, balance viewing, expense and income control, and graphs for financial analysis. Integration with a REST API ensures real-time updating of information. The Agile Scrum methodology was adopted for development, enabling incremental deliveries and continuous adjustments. For data collection, an exploratory qualitative approach was conducted with 140 interviewees with different levels of familiarity with technologies, focusing on qualitative analysis. The results indicated that "FinUp" facilitates daily financial control, standing out for its practicality and usability. We concluded that a solution, with an intuitive interface and the use of Flutter, provides an efficient and accessible tool for personal financial management.
