DIGITAL LAW AND ITS APPLICATIONS: VIOLATION OF PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION AND SOLUTION MEASURES

Abstract

Digital Law has become increasingly relevant in light of technological advances and the growth of the online environment, which bring new challenges to the protection of privacy and personal data. This field of law aims to regulate the ethical and safe use of personal information, defining standards for the collection, storage and processing of data, in addition to ensuring the security of users on the internet. In Brazil, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) represent important legal frameworks for digital regulation, establishing rights and responsibilities for companies and institutions. This study examines the main applications of Digital Law, addressing privacy violations, current regulations and legal and technological solutions aimed at data protection.
