This paper investigates Burnout Syndrome among telemarketing professionals, exploring its causes, impacts, and possible prevention strategies. Burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased performance, significantly affects workers' mental health and organizational efficiency. The telemarketing sector, with its intense interactions and strict demands, creates a work environment conducive to Burnout, leading to stress, anxiety, and psychological issues. The research highlights that factors like organizational support and leadership style can significantly influence coping with Burnout, suggesting that supportive practices and a focus on occupational well-being can mitigate its effects. Based on documentary analysis and existing studies, this research aims to provide insights into minimizing Burnout’s impact and improving workers' quality of life. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of preventive practices to reduce absenteeism, turnover, and low productivity, promoting a healthier and more sustainable work environment.
