THE IMPORTANCE OS ARBITRATION IN THE SCOPE BUSINESS

Abstract

This scientific article aims to demonstrate the importance of arbitration in the business field and how this method suitable of resolving conflicts has been gaining more and more space in commercial relations, especially those involving Brazil. To achieve this goal, the arguments presented were based on the current legal system, dis-sertations, articles and doctrines. It is worth noting that the topic under discussion has gained strength in recent years, since arbitration, contrary to the procedures used by the Judiciary, offers greater freedom to the parties who even choose the arbitrator(s) re- sponsible for resolving the dispute presented to them, in addition to providing opportunities other attractions such as the choice of rules to be followed, its speed and many others that will be exposed later.
