The debate on moral harassment is relatively recent, although this phenomenon is as old as the concept of work itself. This article proposes the creation of an educational booklet as a means of preventing and responding to moral harassment, as well as presenting alternatives to support victims in the workplace. The evidence discussed earlier shows that a lack of knowledge about labor rights contributes to the underreporting of cases of moral harassment. In this sense, the booklet was created to emphasize the importance of disseminating educational materials. By providing guidance on how to identify and report abusive practices, it aims to empower workers and encourage a culture of respect and justice in the workplace. It concludes that it is essential to promote a collaborative effort among companies, managers, employees, and regulatory entities to eliminate moral harassment, establishing a work environment that prioritizes the dignity, respect, and safety of all.
