This article aimed to analyze the epidemiological profile of dengue in the municipality of Cascavel-PR between 2019 and 2023. The research was carried out through a descriptive and retrospective study, using secondary data from DATASUS, focusing on the prevalence and seasonal fluctuations of reported cases. The results indicated significant variability in the incidence of dengue, with an alarming peak in 2022, reflecting challenges for health services. The most affected age group was young adults, while the vulnerability of the elderly highlighted the need for special attention due to the higher risk of complications. Seasonal fluctuations showed a predominance of cases in the first and second quarters of the year, correlating with climatic factors, such as rainfall and high temperatures. It is concluded that the complexity of dengue control in Cascavel requires the implementation of effective prevention and awareness strategies, with campaigns aimed at vector control and educational actions for different age groups, aiming to reduce the impact of the disease on the community and strengthen the response of health services.
