Introduction: The impact of violence on the health of adolescent women is an issue of great importance and complexity. Violence refers to any form of abuse, discrimination, or disrespect. When this violence is directed at adolescent women, the consequences can be especially serious. These impacts can have long-term consequences for the health of adolescent women, affecting their self-esteem, trust in the health system, and even their future reproductive decisions. Objectives: To analyze, based on scientific evidence, the impacts of violence on the health of adolescent women during pregnancy. Methods: An integrative literature review was used as the method, with the search being carried out in the LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), IBECS (Spanish Bibliographic Index in Health Sciences), BDENF, and MEDLINE databases, accessed via BVS, without time limits, including complete studies based on primary data that address the research question. The data collection was carried out in July/August 2024, following eligibility criteria. Expected Results: This study is expected to serve as a guide to combat and mitigate the problems generated by the violence to which pregnant adolescent women are exposed, since violence against these people has long-lasting and multifaceted consequences.
