Abstract

Fake News has become a growing concern around the world, and its impact on the Brazilian legal system is a matter of great relevance. This study aims to analyze the impact of Fake News on Brazil's legal system, exploring how the dissemination of false information can influence legal processes, legal decisions and confidence in justice. Using a specific approach, which is based on a bibliographical review, the main objective is to identify the impacts of fake news on the Brazilian legal system, evaluate the consequences of this influence and propose measures to combat the dissemination of false information and protect the integrity of the legal system from the country. The main purpose of this article is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the Brazilian legal system in the age of digital information, and to the development of effective strategies to deal with Fake News.
