Abstract

Personalization of learning through Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as a new trend in school curricula, with the promise of transforming education by tailoring instruction to individual student demands. This research examines the effective incorporation of AI into the curriculum, analyzing its potential benefits, obstacles, and ethical consequences. Through a systematic literature review and document analysis, a comprehensive framework for the application of AI-based personalization of learning is created. The study identifies the main AI methodologies and technologies employed, assesses their effects on academic performance and skill enhancement, and analyzes the obstacles to their application in the school environment. Particular attention is paid to ethical issues, such as information privacy and equal access to technology. The research suggests guidelines for training teachers and administrators, highlighting the relevance of a comprehensive perspective that integrates technical, pedagogical, and ethical knowledge. The results suggest that, although personalization of learning with AI provides relevant opportunities to improve education, its implementation requires careful analysis of ethical, pedagogical, and organizational aspects. The model created establishes a foundation for the conscious and efficient incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into the school curriculum, helping to promote a more flexible and student-focused education. The study concludes by highlighting the need for continued research on the long-term impacts of this strategy and the relevance of interdisciplinary cooperation in its application.
