The personalization of teaching through technology represents a significant transformation in the contemporary educational scenario, profoundly impacting teaching practice and the curriculum. This study examines how the integration of advanced educational technologies allows the adaptation of the teaching-learning process to the individual needs of students, promoting a more effective and engaging education. The study analyzes the change in the role of the teacher, which evolves from a transmitter of knowledge to a facilitator and mentor, requiring new skills and pedagogical approaches. The curriculum, in turn, undergoes a necessary flexibilization, incorporating modular and adaptive structures that allow personalized learning paths. The study also discusses the challenges inherent to this transformation, including the need for adequate technological infrastructure, ongoing teacher training, and ensuring equity in access to digital tools. In addition, the study addresses the implications for assessment methods, which become more dynamic and formative, taking advantage of the potential of real-time data analysis. The study also highlights the importance of balancing personalization with the development of social and collaborative skills. Finally, the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning to further enhance personalization is explored, while considering the associated ethical and privacy issues. It is concluded that technology-mediated personalization of education offers significant opportunities to improve the quality of education, provided it is implemented thoughtfully and ethically.
