The article addresses curricular and technological innovation in early childhood education, with a focus on teacher training for the digital age. The central objective is to adapt teaching to the demands of the 21st century, integrating technology effectively to enrich the educational process. The proposed vision is of an education that not only modernizes content, but also personalizes learning, meeting students' individual needs and promoting essential skills such as creativity, critical thinking and problem solving. The study examines the importance of training educators to use technological tools in a pedagogical way, ensuring that technology complements human interactions in the classroom. The need for continuous training programs that address both technical mastery and pedagogical skills is highlighted, ensuring that teachers are prepared to face the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization in teaching. Furthermore, the article explores the relevance of partnerships between schools, universities and technology companies, emphasizing collaboration as a catalyst for educational innovation. The continuous evaluation of innovative practices is highlighted as essential to adjust strategies and ensure the effectiveness of the changes implemented. In short, the proposal is that early childhood education evolves into a more inclusive and interactive model, where technology serves as a powerful ally in the formation of citizens prepared for a dynamic and technological future.
