Abstract

This article aims to discuss the legal challenges in international trade, analyzing how legal discrepancies between different countries can affect global commercial transactions. As economies become increasingly interconnected, the lack of compliance with each nation's tax, trade, and regulatory laws emerges as one of the main obstacles to the smooth flow of trade. The study aims to identify the main legal obstacles faced by companies in international trade, assess the effectiveness of current legislation, and propose solutions that promote legal security and international cooperation. The research employs a mixed methodological approach, combining a literature review, specific case analysis, and a comparison of legislation.
