This study examines the incorporation of technologies in the school environment, highlighting the technological and pedagogical principles that are fundamental to the effective application of these resources. The research addresses the difficulties faced by educational institutions in implementing these technologies efficiently. The main objective is to identify and discuss these principles, relating them to the digital culture and contemporary educational demands. The methodology used is based on a qualitative literature review, using sources such as scientific articles, books and relevant monographs. The analysis emphasizes the need for continuous training of teachers and the adoption of active methodologies that promote interactive and collaborative learning. In addition, the structural challenges that prevent the full integration of technologies in teaching are discussed. It is concluded that the effectiveness of the integration of educational technologies depends on an approach that unites technological and pedagogical principles, in addition to overcoming barriers such as the lack of infrastructure. The study suggests the continuation of research that investigates different educational contexts and specific technologies, in order to expand knowledge about the integration of these tools in the teaching process.
