Thyroid nodules are common anomalies of the thyroid gland, ranging from benign to malignant conditions. This article examines the etiology, diagnosis, and specialized management of thyroid nodules, aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic. Through a systematic literature review, it was identified that the evaluation includes ultrasound and biopsy. Management depends on the nature of the nodule, potentially involving monitoring for benign cases or surgical intervention for suspicious or malignant nodules. It is concluded that treatment should be individualized, and regular monitoring is recommended according to current guidelines.
