This article, entitled – RIGHT TO PROFESSIONALIZATION AND WORK PROTECTION FOR BRAZILIAN ADOLESCENTS AND THE IMPACTS ON THE FLEXIBILIZATION OF THESE RIGHTS IN THE STATE OF NOVA HAMPSHIRE, IN THE UNITED STATES – seeks to carry out an analysis of comparative law, between the constitutional guarantees, as well as the rights imposed in the Statute of Children and Adolescents, the professionalization and protection of their work in the face of setbacks faced by States, in the United States, such as New Hampshire. To this end, the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 will be used as a time frame. The Child and Adolescent Statute of 1990 and a law approved in New Hampshire that lowered the minimum age for working in places that sell alcoholic beverages and increased working hours.
