People are essential for organizations to be born, grow, develop and achieve their objectives. And for this process to happen, it is essential that the Recruitment and Selection department is always able to attract, recruit, select and retain the best talents. Due to great technological growth, the present study aims to research and analyze the insertion of the use of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recruitment and selection processes. In terms of methodology, we opted for descriptive and bibliographical research, which takes place through the analysis of theoretical subjects, and also for the exploratory research method using the Oral History technique, which consists of collecting statements from people who witnessed situations, processes, events, ways of being within a society or institution. As for the structure of the article, the first topic addresses human resources management and its subdivisions, AI, R&S through digital means, and finally discourse analysis of results and bibliographic references. In developing the proposed theme, the research not exclusively contributes to the academic field, but, connectedly, seeks to encourage future practices and raise awareness in society about the importance of using AI in people management.
