This study analyzed Work-Related Mental Disorders (WRMDs) in men in Brazil from 2010 to 2022 using SINAN data. There were 17,779 recorded cases of WRMDs, with 36.4% (6,458) in men. The Southeast region had the highest number of cases, followed by the Northeast. The most affected age group was 30 to 49 years. Neurotic disorders, stress-related disorders, and somatoform disorders were the most prevalent. A gradual increase in notifications was observed, peaking in 2022. The most affected occupations included bus drivers, security guards, and bank managers. The results highlight the need for specific occupational health policies for men and improvements in WRMD notification and prevention systems. This study provides important insights for developing targeted prevention and intervention strategies for men's mental health in the workplace in Brazil.
