SUGGESTION FOR IMPLEMENTING THE KANBAN TOOL IN THE SEPARATION PROCESS

Abstract

This project aims to suggest the kanban tool in the separation process, with the aim of improving daily production efficiency, and the quality of work in terms of ergonomics for the sector leader, which through this tool will have less wear during carrying out its activities. The company in question that was observed is a textile industry, with its focus on importing products for resale. The separation process covered in this study is the separation of orders (final product), that is, the order is released by the salesperson and sent to the production sector, which separates the items in stock, checks, packs and takes them to dispatch.
