Information technology is crucial for the progress of nursing care and patient care. With the popularization of mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, mobile applications have brought practical tools for managing hospital activities. This study aims to investigate the integration of mobile applications into the daily lives of the healthcare team in intensive care centers and units, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this technology. The methodology includes exploratory and descriptive research, using qualitative and quantitative approaches to evaluate health professionals perception of the effectiveness of these applications. Data collection will be carried out through online questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Expected results include a better understanding of data management and patient history, as well as identifying challenges and advances in improving this technology. It is concluded that mobile application technology can improve efficiency and precision in intensive care, benefiting both professionals and patients.
